Backup & Disaster Recovery for dental clinics
Fire, flood, theft or ransomware: your patient records and images survive. We back up locally and off-site, and test restores.

What's included
Local + cloud backup
A fast local copy and an off-site copy.
Imaging included
Every X-ray, pano and scan, not just the database.
Off-site rotation
Copies kept safe from fire and theft.
Cloud-to-cloud
Backups of Microsoft 365 and Google mail and files.
Replication
Critical systems copied so you are back up fast.
Standby DR site
A ready recovery site for the worst day.
Why it matters
Many clinics only discover their backup does not work on the day they need it. A backup is only real if someone checks it and tests a restore.
Common questions
How often should a dental clinic back up?
At least nightly, with one copy off-site or in the cloud. Busy clinics back up practice data several times a day. Test a restore regularly.
Are our X-rays and scans included in backups?
They should be, and they are often missed because the files are large and stored separately. We make sure imaging is included.
Would our backups survive ransomware?
Only if at least one copy is off-site and cannot be changed or deleted from the clinic network. We set up backups ransomware cannot reach.
